We had a $100 voucher we had been gifted specifically to use this particular car wash.

My wife took in our large SUV, asked if we could use the voucher, was told yes and priced to get it cleaned (for more than $100).

When completed they claimed the voucher needed to be redeemed at their Booragoon wash. My wife pointed out that wasn’t mentioned on the voucher.

They then pretended to scan the voucher, then said they didn’t work and would have to be redeemed elsewhere. My wife was running short of time for another appointment so while frustrated just paid in full and left.

Expensive way to wash a car! Esp when you ask them to specifically clean the insides of the windows, then they don’t! Standing there waiting for them to re-clean the windows was not the convenient service you’d hope for. Not great for the price they charge.

“ so over priced for the quality they deliver”
I paid about $300 for a complete detailing for one of our cars. The job was really poor. I felt so frustrated I took the car back and complained. They were unable to see their own mistakes and I had to go over each element and they made me feel bad. Today i took our other car, same size but much dirtier to IMPECCABLE CAR DETAILING in Subiaco. The service and end result were fabulous. Ten minutes down the road and same price!
