This is my third time at Silver Sponge Lakelands, and each time my cars have been filthy from off-roading and country kilometres. The cars come back like new and sparkling and the treatment lasts for ages, and they’ve discounted me twice now. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Excellent for maintaining a high quality vehicle and especially if you plan to sell - getting a detail with these guys before sale will add money to your pocket. Friendly, efficient and welcoming service too.

Took our car to have full clean and detailing. And yea there was lots of red dust. When we picked it up we noted he had not removed very rear seats and cleaned in boot cavity. He did this for us. On getting home we noticed more that was not done. Rear windows not opened so still dirty. No compartments in boot opened so still lots of dust. All around rim in boot dirty. Sun visors and roof not touched. Have started to go over ourselves but still lots to do. One bucket of red water and counting.

Don’t be strayed by the response from the service to email them to discuss We sent an email as requested 3 weeks ago and they DO NOT respond and don’t resolve the bad service

Today 24.01.21 I gave my Prado for premium detailing. He asked for two hours and when I returned the car was done with a minimum effort ( Remember I paid $100) and see the photos.

He proved he could not be trusted. I will not go back again and I will advise my friends the same. Better go to Forum one.
