Booked in a $150 platinum wash, ended up with a chip in my windscreen on the passengers side (which is going to cost me $170 to repair) you can see something has been dropped, they did a terrible job of the inside leather seats, could see splatter marks all over my seats, i had to go through with my own leather wipes to clean my seats. Didn't have time to go back to tell them about the crack they left me with. I would not recommend these guys at all.

They ruined my paintwork👎🏻.
When I brought back the car to address the issue they palmed it off as if it is not their fault.
they are the only company that details my cars.
I spent 25 K last year re-powder coating and re-spraying my four-wheel-drive and now it is ruined. So disappointing.

Would definitely recommend staying away from these guys. Manager was very rude from the outset, told us to come back at 4pm, when we came back they hadn't even started the car, told us to come back in 15 minutes and it will be done. They did such a bad job rushed into 15 minutes and the manager could not really care less, was more interested in going home. Ended up getting it done by someone else from Marketplace who fixed up all of these guys laziness. Stay away, would even recommend going to a drive through wash instead, it will be done with more detail.

I paid $160 for a full detail, inside and out plus leather protection on the my seats.
My BMW ended dirtier then when I took it in, whatever they used on the exterior and rims
Made all the dirt stick to them. Inside the car there were all marks where it hadn’t been wiped down. The leather protector was unevenly applied and marks on the seat.

Trust me, don’t waste your time or your money… go somewhere else.
-5 star ⭐️. The place is a joke. AVOID!

Paid for a wash and polish. I usually don't expect a perfect job from these shopping centre car washes but still the wash that I got was not even average.
The car was definitely not polished when I got it, the barely even managed to dry the car with a chamosis properly. There were plenty of water marks left and areas that even got missed from washing. They completely didn't even bother to clean the roof.
