Just had my car done the outside wash was pretty good but the inside clean was terrible they even missed one of the back door see attached photos. For $65 should at least make and effort

Both out cars have been damaged by this car wash with no contact for the manager/owner. I have sent email and have photos of damage to my husband car- they claimed they have cameras but there has been no contact to explain what happened.
Mercedes covered in scratches and I have never had this issue with Rockingham branch- waiting for the owner to explain how this has happened.
Avoid this business at all cost, I will now have to pay to have my car cut/ polished and have ceramic paint protector re-applied thanks to their incompetence

Had seen the bad reviews but wanted to give them a chance - big mistake! Requested an interior detail after son was unwell and had vomited on 1 rear leather seat. Explained situation very clearly prior to leaving vehicle and was told extra $30 for individual cleaning of the seat plus cost of interior detail $80 ($110 total). Left car, returned after 2 hours to find seat has been rubbed with armour oil but had definitely not been cleaned as discussed - visible marking was still there along with no change to smell - questioned what had been done to warrant $30 extra for seat given it’s definitely not clean to be told a ‘special chemical was applied’ this has most definitely not occurred - I had already cleaned twice at home and done a better job . Biggest waste of money and time and incredibly frustrating given I clearly explained the issue - if they couldn’t rectify they should have advised and would have gone elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've had my car 7yrs and have always cleaned it myself, but today I gave it a birthday and left it in the capable hands of the staff at sparklers! Couldn't be happier with the outcome. I put in my SUV for a wash, interior clean and seats shampooed, all for a reasonable $170, I was extremely happy, especially with how the seats come up being a busy mum/worker/student with kids and dogs the seats tend to get vacummed but not cleaned. My vehicle was ready after 2hrs as estimated by the friendly staff. I do recommend Sparklers and I will happily take my car back in the future.
