  can you please make Sam W a skincare specialist?????? their knowledge on skincare, ingredients and products was super helpful and their help was stellar! I felt well looked after and I cant wait to come back to tell them how my products helped my skin. They were super friendly, honest and patient with me which left me feeling inspired and confident

  I have always had good experiences at this store. Most of the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to give you there time and insight into products that are right for you. On one occasion where I had a lot of difficulty with Sephora online, I came into the Pitt St store in person and the store manger was extremely helpful and reasonable and resolved the issue in a highly professional manner.

  I went in a few weeks ago and was helped by Sam. They were amazing and so helpful with which colours looked best and what order to apply my products and they just helped me so much and recommended the foundation I am wearing today and every day! Cannot thank you enough Sam - you’ve boosted my confidence in the office and I am so grateful

  She is friendly, very helpful and recommending all the good quality products for my skin and she is not pushy.

  Walked in to find out one of my favourite foundations has been discontinued and had the pleasure of being assisted by Sofie who helped me find some really great options so I didn’t walk out empty handed and discouraged! She was really friendly, helpful and took the time to really ask me questions about my preferences and found me some incredible shade matches and formulas, very pleased with the help I received today! 💖
