Best place to accommodate. All kitchen utensils are available for use, and self cooking is allowed. Facilities are awesome and well equipped and maintained. Gym is neat and clean, and best place to work out. Located in middle of the city, walkable distance to railway station and nearby bus stop and taxis available 24*7.

Excellent location for fast access to Darling Harbour. We booked an apartment for 2 nights - they ran out of rooms and we ended up in the 3 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE!! Lovely friendly accommodating front desk staff.
Dated decor in rooms, (needs refurbishment) Well presented tastefully decorated & painted comfortable beds, everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, laundry, huge flat screen TV and comfortable lounges, huge 8 seater dining table great view from private balcony. Walk in wardrobe 2 bathrooms with baths & showers!! This apartment would suit business people or a family 👪 for long or short term stays.
Minutes to the Eastern side of Darling Harbour restaurant strip Nick's Seafood Lindt Cafe etc. Not much longer to the Conference Centre and Harbourside shopping complex.
Next time we'll be staying here for sure!!!
Challenging car parking cheaper across the road in Darling Park.

Great reception. Got upgraded to a better room with not so bad views for the price that I paid. Definitely recommended if needing to stay overnight for an event in Darling Harbour or Town Hall

A 9-minute walk from Darling Harbour, this modern apartment hotel is also 2.6 km from the Sydney Opera House and 12 km from Sydney Airport.
The bright 1- to 3-bedroom apartments have Wi-Fi (fee), TVs and laundry facilities, plus kitchenettes and living rooms. Some add 2nd bathrooms and/or balconies. Upgraded split-level apartments have contemporary furnishings and full kitchens, and some offer harbour views.
Amenities include a hip cafe/bar, a rooftop indoor pool and a Jacuzzi, as well as a sauna and a fitness room. An airport shuttle service and paid parking are also available.

Nice rooms with unlimited Internet, without limitation of devices you can connect. Located in the heart of the Sydney, hence everything you require is within quick reach..

Bravo. Well run hotel. All the rooms have small kitchens and a washer and dryer. Convenient to Darby harbor where all the tourist attractions are. You'll like it.

Front desk service great and friendly. Housekeeping could be better. Requested cot and had to ask 3 times before it arrived. Only 2 towels in room even though 3 on booking and room smelt like smoke. Central location, great spot to Darling Harbour and City centre.

Terrible hotel that took our deposit by accusing us of scratching their table even though we were only there for one night. They may have our $50 deposit but they lost a lot of business in the process. Hire better front of house staff that understand the concept of respect and empathy.

Booked into this "hotel" early (at 9.30) left bag with reception as room not ready (book in at 14.00) no problems, came back at 19.00, found my bag behind reception (obviously no bag holding facilities), got into room and very hot, turn on air con and when out for quick dinner, came back about 1 hour later and still hot room, no air coming from vents. rang "9" for reception, phone rang out , dialed "6" for service staff, phone answered by duty manager. he cam up and reset air con no change, said leave main door open to get a breeze, he then got a fan for me, left window open for cool air and very noisy, traffic and building. Manager said he would change the room if the maintenance people could not fix the air con, he also stated that he would ring if could not fix, got back to room next night air con still broken and fridge had defrosted, water leaking from fridge. Toilet also required maintenance as was leaking. Checked out and requested discount and feedback form, was told by duty manager no forms as they are in rooms (no they are not in my room), and in other storage room, not at reception. he would look into discount. Lifts have graffiti in them covered up by message boards. very old tired hotel demanding high dollar value. It think it is owned by Basil Fawlty.!! Good luck to those whom venture into this hotel, you must have low expectations

Location was great. But this accommodation is very old and tired. The air conditioning broke twice. There is no double glazing on the doors and the windows and as a result it is VERY noisy overnight. For the price, I would not recommend staying here.
