Was a pretty terrible experience, will not stay there again. Booked a king bedroom, got 2 singles pushed together. Their reasoning "some of our rooms have a king bed and some have 2 singles pushed together". I would expect after ordering a king bedroom, to get a king sized bed in the room. Had to pay extra to get upgraded to suite so i could get a king. Room was moldy and smelly. Our access cards did not work on the door. My wife tried to close the curtains, and the curtain rail fell off because it had 1 screw in it and hit her in the head. There were several holes along the ceiling where it had been reattached, so i very much doubt this is the first time. Literally would rate this place lower if i could.

Good enough to be good value. Rooms are fairly quiet, although it is next to a busy intersection. Close to transport, CBD and Darling Harbor. Had the room ready and allowed us to check in early.

Good stay. The bed was terrible! I mean it would have been better to sleep on the floor. No padding, big hard lump between two joint bed. Could not sleep :( complimentary internet was so slow that I had to use my mobile data for the whole week. For price I paid I would not stay here again.

Great pricing for a good room, clean and tidy with fast and complimentary WiFi. Carpets looking a little tired in spots but fittings in good condition. soundproofing could be improved as could here kids in next room. Location great if your arriving by train in to Sydney.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Nice hotel in a very good location for the train station (right across the street). Rooms are clean and as expected although the in-room TV is a little small. Swimming pool on the rooftop and bar/restaurant on the ground floor. Free WiFi (although a little slow)

Clean friendly hotel everything you need in central Sydney. Roof top pool had amazing view was a bit cool but hardly a deal breaker.

Very handy location close to all public transport. Clean rooms with everything needed. Free wi-fi up to a generous limit.

Did not enjoy my stay here. Loud guests and they didn't seem to care. Even after multiple calls to the desk. Finally were moved rooms after I was extremely angry. Dirty rooms, especially the lights above the bed and sink. For what we paid, absolutely disgusting. Id save your pennies and stay somewhere worth while. Forget convenience.
