Needed an inspection code to apply for a rental property, emailed on the Saturday after the inspection, response received on the following Wednesday stating that the house is no longer available as it's already under a different application. Poor response time, will not be recommending.

We purchased our first house through Schroeder & Wallis. David Ling has great customer service and he has been very helpful from the first time we inspect the house. His team provides us a lot of useful information. I’ll recommend them to all my friends who have real estate enquiry!
