Just to let you know that our Melbourne property settled yesterday and all went well with no problems.

Many thanks for your assistance wth the sale of this property. Having an independent adviser certainly takes the pressure off dealing with real estate agents, many of whom you are not so sure about.

As you are aware, we purchased this property through and on the advice of Wakelins back in 2002. At the time, we were impressed with the way Wakelins found the property we were looking for with the ultimate aim as the potential for long term capital growth and the general advice that property should double in value every 7 to 10 years.

That expectation was correct as the property tripled in value and the price we obtained this year was better than we expected, especially given the current lockdowns etc.

We certainly appreciate your efforts, ongoing advice and regular feedback. It made the sale stress free and exceeded our expectations.

As first time investors, securing the services of Wakelin Property Advisory was probably the best move we made. We were made to feel comfortable right from the start and our advisor, Kristy was very personable as well as knowledgeable. Of course we weren’t only hiring Kristy; she had the whole Wakelin team behind her.

The first thing she did was to disabuse us of the ideas we had about property investment, and to put us onto the right path. The process that Wakelin uses to secure properties, and the expertise they have in the market, gave us confidence and peace of mind that we were on the right track. We were thrilled with the outcome, so much so that we are repeat customers. This time having Wakelin bid on our behalf at auction, very successfully and with an outcome we could never have achieved alone.
