Craig had several great properties that my partner and I were interested in. Initially he was quick to respond to our inquiries and sent section 32’s when asked. Trying to book an inspection time was the challenge with Craig. We couldn’t do weekday inspections because of work and he was reluctant to give us times on weekends. In the end I gave up trying to contact him. The houses he had that we were interested in sold for below what we were planning to offer if we got the chance to inspect them properly.
