Not at all quality builder.. Promised to delivered display like quality..But final product was not even near to a standard quality home.. Henley only good at making there own display home and home and land packages. Not at all recommended if any one going to build house only.. I will recommend to choose private builders..I will never ever recommend Henley builder to any of my family and friends.

Henley Homes are currently building next door to our empty land in Wollert, and they have caused major damages on our footpath, driveway, pipes and surrounding concrete.
Despite trying to get a call back from appropriate authorities, they have chosen to totally ignore there damages.. We have footages and photographs of all equipment they dumped on our land for weeks while they were building, left all there rubbish and caused over 10k worth of damages.
Shame on you Henley, particularly the arrogant site manager and receptionist who refused to put me through to senior management to further discuss our concern.
We will take this to court !
Shame on negligence and poor workmanship!

Extremely rough & poor construction work. They made heaps of mistakes. Damaging to pur psychollogical healtj & financial.wr have used Porter davis and villa world before and they were 100 percent better.

Terrible customer service. My advice is not to buy any of their services. We bought a pre owned home from them which was in the warranty period. What they say is ' Once the house is settled, they do not offer any services' even when we were in the warranty period being pre owned. We only bought the house as this was in the warranty period. Never a Henley home again. Lesson learnt!

Our Pre-site Customer Service Administrator - Rachel Ciconte was fabulous! she was very responsive and patiently answered all our questions. She was quick to accommodate our changes, send us documents etc. Keep up the amazing work!
