They might be good real estate agents but their disregard for my "no junk mail sign" has me questioning their ethics. Perhaps take that into consideration when engaging with this company.
They're not alone, seems like all real estate scumbags think it's OK to ignore these signs.response / report this review -

I recently sold my unit with the expert help of Frank Romeo of Harcourts in Glenroy. Frank was enormously helpful in guiding me through an unfamiliar process, making it all seem so easy. He appeared to know that part of the world well, and the buying market even better. I found his insight and advice invaluable. He also set me up with an excellent renovator and property stager so that the unit looked very appealing to potential buyers. Added to that, Frank is a very relaxed and friendly chap, yet never less than professional in his approach to the transaction….a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed with the Harcourts website sales pitch for the property, too.

Thank you to Frank and Andrew for an amazing, straight-forward and no-hassle sale. Selling the family home of 52years was emotional to say the least, and Frank was very mindful of this and did his utmost to ensure a smooth and stress-free process. Your help was greatly appreciated. he team at Harcourts Glenroy (Marc & Melissa) have done a wonderful job at looking after me and my properties. Melissa has been very professional throughout the process of helping me lease my properties.
