Nice people. Love Maralade the vet cat.
Very attentive. Load of great vets who are all lovely people. Staff are all mad animal lovers. Dog being going there for 11 yrars and has no fear of the place.
Our Cavoodle, Bear, always receives excellent care at Rose Bay Vet Hospital. The vets and vet nurses alike are compassionate and caring. My daughter is studying her HSC and wanting to study vet science. When I enquired with reception whether she could do some work experience over the recent school holidays Shannon Childs contacted me and was so professional, helpful and accommodating in arranging the work experience, absolutely exceptional management. My daughter told me everyone at Rose Bay Vet Hospital went out of their way to make her feel welcome and to make her work experience a truly invaluable one. Many thanks to all the staff at Rose Bay Vet Hospital
I have been there a couple of times. They were pretty good so far until today. Their staff made a mistake for booking me a day earlier and claimed that it is my fault. But there is no way that I made the mistake as I wrote down to my reminder straght away. I got haircut apointment the pervious day and there were no text or phone call were made. If they really booked me in on Wed, so it is kind of a let down.
Edit: I originally gave 2 stars as they didnt apologize. I am glad that they called me back and tried re-areange it for me. so 3 stars.
The doctors and nurses are top notch and caring. Thanks for taking care of my little ones.
Not impressed at all.
Reception was polite but definitely not friendly AT ALL!
The Vet we were assigned was definitely not up to the standard we were told (she was using google for a specific skin issue and still unsure was then asking the other vets).
The receptionists/nurses kind of got us concerned about a presumed skin infection our pet had. which was totally ruled out by our NEW vet
anyway it was our first visit and we left with a bitter taste.
Not going back!
