Came here for the first time and was surprised at how crowded it was (even on a cold rainy day). Ice cream was good but staff didn't seem interested to serve and kept having trouble hearing

Terrible service, young girl who served us kept rolling her eyes everytime we chose an ingredient even though we were being nice to her, when I said thankyou she just ignored us and walked away, need to hire staff that have customer service skills.

Even in the middle of winter they are still my fav ice-cream spot! The smell of waffles is delicious when you walk in!
