I've used their vehicles twice, and the staff were very accomodating, and my chariot was no bomb.

I’ve rented twice from rent a bomb and have been very happy with the friendly service and economical Toyota sedans. Convenient to be able to pick up after hours as well. I Will definitely use again.

Booked a car rental online for $18 a day in January. Then got a phone call the next day to say it’s supposed to be $40 a day. Because of a surcharge due to holiday period.. but got offered to do it for $32 a day instead.. are you serious? How about sticking to the price I originally got quoted from your website.

Worst customer service experience ever , still in disbelief the way the Owner ,James ,behaved and other workers conducted themselves . I was 3 days late with the rental and was constantly threatened with " Head Office" reporting car stolen. ( there is no head office). Then when I returned car, after being bombarded with text messages for 3 days , ( this was because they wouldn't answer the phone , only text non stop, ) James insulted my friend by asking if he had a job, joked about me having a gun license in every state, then jumped in the car i returned and took off leaving my friend & I standing there confused . He has not refunded my bond but made up a ridiculous amount I owed him and said he'd get the manager to contact me. There is no manager, but a very rude, confused, strange & little guy named James who may or may not have been intoxicated or under the influence of something, because what I had to endure is definitely not normal behaviour . I will be pursuing this further to get my bond back, and will never ever rent from Rent a Bomb again. This guy is giving the company a very bad name .

We arrived well after closing time but boys made arrangements & left car out. We had a Barina. Economical to run. $45 fuel lasted us the whole week driving everywhere. Drop off was easy. Recommend this company & staff to anyone travelling to Gold Coast. Will use again & recommend to family & friends
