Fantastic service. Pick up from airport was easy and carefree. Staff were polite, funny & great to deal with. No hassles with anything. Drop off was easy and shuttle back to the airport fast & efficient. Price was better than any others I could find. Have no hesitations hiring through East Coast again. Much better experience than I had 2 weeks earlier with another company!!

Great no hassle car rental service. Upon arrival at the airport, we called the provided shuttle number and within 10 min a shuttle picked our family of 6 up. The paperwork was quickly processed and we were off driving to our destination within 20min. We hired a Kia Carnival which was clean and in great condition. Cannot fault East Coast and would recommend again. Their price was very competitive compared to the major companies.

Never an issue with these guys!!

Simple & easy pricing. Insurance & covers explained with honesty when you collect your car and never any up-selling.

Staff are all lovely & polite & helpful.

Courier bus takes you to and from the airport quickly.

Car was clean & reliable. I’ve used them 3 x now and I would never use another company!! Best in terms of value for money too!!! 10/10
