I had good service as a walk in customer. I returned the car to the Sunshine Coast airport which was easy to do and is well signposted.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I needed to extend the car rental period i spent 2 hrs on the phone on Friday to their "customer service" number, and eventually they said they were unable to help so they would send an email to the airport location and ask them to contact me. Same deal Saturday, then Sunday and finally again on Monday. Then with no return phone calls or emails, I drive all the way to the airport to sort it out. The staff there are sitting back chatting and laughing with nothing to do. They were very unhelpful and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to extend. Luckily for me I had done my homework and Hertz came to tue rescue and were able to offer me a far better car for less money and service with a smile. I will never use Budget again.

Absolutely rude and unhelpful lady behind the counter. Doesn't hurt to be polite especially when people have travelled long distances. Won't be hiring a car thru budget again

Best car rental experience ever. Booth is 10 feet from baggage claim, and your car 10 feet from there. Guy at the booth was fast and professional. Best of all, they had already taken *pictures* of the car and all marked damage for you. Went from plane to road in under 10 minutes. Amazing.
