Close to lidcombe station. Room was as described. Free parking in the motel as well. Wifi however keeps dropping.

Personally like this place as the room is just good with free parking. Room rate here is very affordable.

I booked a room online. When we arrived I was told "the room is bad, I will show it to you". He was right, it was bad and definitely not worth $169. Nothing like the photos online - gross, old and with the floor on an angle -it felt unsafe. The staff tried to offer a discount to $140, then $110, $100. He also said that when you book online, you don't necessarily get a specific room. Seriously. We didn't stay -stay away if you can! .

Gets one star because you can't give zero. Run down, expensive, dilapidated And a new one for me, potentially structurally unsound (floor on a 10 degree angle). Photos on line deliberately misleading.

Max is the greatest. The most friendly kind an honest staff. I've ever encountered. An absolute first class service. The rooms are nice. If you would like a microwave or toaster just ask they will provide. For $110 it was fantastic.

Rude manager . Night Mgr polite. The manager initially refused to help with the bags whilst standing in my room. After he agreed due to my nedical condition, he bashed the trolley bag down each step, approx 20 steps, with expensive medical equipment inside.

Tv receptiob very poor, free wifi doesn't work. The day manager is extremely. He bashed my bag on every step when leaving. Obe night stay was even too long.

Have stayed in 99 dollar rooms that are twice better.
Bed is clean but bathroom very unclean and maintence very poor
Coming into the property noticed the lawns not mowed. And grounds very untidy.
Went the bathroom at midnight and found cockcrotchs rooming round the bathroom
Place looks like owners dont really care about there business. Or lack the skills to notice the place needs attention.

1st room had no cold water but the rest was nice, got moved to another room with no window which on a warm night found it very stuffy as aircon wasnt working that well, uncomfortable beds and had a step going into the bathroom which my family and i tripped on or smack our toes on so many times (which should have been a warning sign put up warning about step), also blood and bandaid on the curtain and very noisey place from other people staying there..looks like a cheap dirty place so i wont be staying there again.

Loved it!!! Cleanliness was superb in all rooms and areas, beds are cozy to sleep in, Wi-Fi is reasonably fast at 345 KB/s (but better than any other motel I have ever been in). Motel is also very safe, in terms of security. Noise by other guests could be a problem, but mainly quiet day and night. Guest rooms, by far, are absolutely 1st class and are very modern!
This motel definitely deserves another star or more.response / report this review
