These people are extortionists, plain and simple. Their products come up with a maintenance warning that cannot be removed without paying them to fix it, despite no maintenance being required. To top this off, they claim said warning, which prevents you from doing anything with the door until you dispatch with it, doesn't impact the functionality of the door.

To top this off, they were not even remotely interested in helping me resolve this issue beyond the aforementioned requirement to have someone come out and charge me for fixing it.
