  Great service experience. The head office team worked hard to help me get the generator installed in a tight spot. Delivery was on time , driver was very considerate, knowledgeable and wanted to be sure I was happy before he left. Had a test run and really impressed by how quiet the machine is. Very happy to recommend Generator Power to anyone.

  All good until I had a $12K generator delivered. Not interested in answering my operating questions a few days later.
  
  Seems they did not get my email with questions and have approached me just now with a welcome response. Happy to change my review to 5 star, given the response and the understanding of a message mixup. Also must say the rep I was dealing with (Andy) was top quality all the way till the email problem and now also after the explanation. The generator is excellent for its off-grid purpose.

  Had my small portable yamaha generator repaired here. Couldn't recommend them enough. Jim the manager went above and beyond to help out my situation. Best in the business
