Absolutely terrible to deal with. I dealt with this mob over a year ago & my blood still boils today.
Over promised and underwhelmingly delivered.
Couldn't take criticism or feedback and choose to chastise me as if I was an employee rather than a dissatisfied customer.
They dictate terms and are obtusely unreasonable when trying to resolve the issues.
Don't waste your precious time or money on them as there are far better agencies & individuals out there.
