Even though I didn't end up getting my dress from Rapsimo, I'd like to share that Ann was amazing to deal with. There was an absolutely disaster with my initial dress 3 weeks out from my wedding and I went into Rapsimo and Ann not only provided great customer service on finding a new wedding dress, she was so empathetic about my whole situation. You can tell she really cares about her customers. Not to mention her gowns are so beautiful!

Had a wonderful experience at Rapsimo. I loved all of the dresses that they had in the store. The fabric quality is just too great. Ann is so knowledgeable about what design would suit me and had great advice when it comes to choosing that special dress. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and was so comfortable all the day. From the moment I entered the showroom, I was impressed; not only by all of the amazing gowns on the display but also by Ann. Ann observed what I was trying to choose for myself and she then presented a gown that appeals just the way I have thought of. Ann's creativity, professionalism, passion for fabrics, and her vision of the end design made my experience with Rapsimo an absolute delight. She made the whole process of choosing a wedding dress exciting and fun. I would not hesitate to highly recommend her to any bride-to-be as her designs make you feel as if they are crafted just for your special day.

I was not planning on getting a dress made as I'm far too indecisive but I came across one of Ann's dresses that I loved the style and uniqueness of but wanted to change a few things. So we commenced the process of getting it made and Ann has been so incredibly patient with me regardless of the fact that I've changed my mind several times. Her expertise and knowledge of years in the industry is so evident in all she does. The quality of her fabrics and workmanship is just exquisite. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a high quality dress and experience!
