Good rooms at a good price, everything is included and works, except the bathrooms are small and the hot water is funny to say the least. Good parking, but beware you have to drive up a hill to get there and in parts is quite steep. Laundry is also pretty good value. I recommend it.

May be not newest and cleanest places at Mt Gambia. But good price and spacious ( we went for 4 room apartment) staff was frendly and helpful

I will forever be greatful for your hospitality. You let me check in at 8.30am and when you found out i would be spending my days at the hospital with my seriously injured son you said you woul put the heater on for me . It was heaven to come back to a warm comfortable room . Tonight i came back emotional and exhausted with tears in my eyes from a very stressful day at the hospital to find my room warm and cleaned up and bed made . These may seem small to others but to me it was like a big warm hug knowing someone cared . So from the bottom of my heart i thank you . All going well we head home to Victoria tomorrow. Good location 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Big rooms but there are no stoves.

It was pleasant stay. The reception lady was nice and informative. She also suggested a few places to eat. Place is clean, bit worn down but still not bad. Water in bathroom is hard to adjust, seeing it is winter and they controlled the hot water. It was quite hard to have comfortable shower.

Overall it was OK. The room I stayed in was a bit dodgy. In the morning when I got up to make some tea, I switched the kettle on and the power shorted out. This was promptly fixed however. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Nothing outstandingly bad but still not amazing.

A great budget option. Rooms look old but no need for anything on a quick stay. Service was also excellent.

Super dirty, really mouldy bathroom, needs serious renovation, pillows were rock hard. Upon trying to give constructive feedback to the manager, I was yelled at and insulted. Never returning again.

The man booked us in are helpful, introduced us about pretty much everything around, room was clean and facilities is all there. Things here and there are not perfect(ie. toilet and shower are in the same room right next to each other) but more than good enough. I would give 9.5/10 for the service+price ratio.
