Easy,͏ hassle free experience with Harry

I know Phil personally and had the pleasure of being able to deal with him professionally too. The Upstate office gives you a bit of insight into the rest of their whole selling process – slick, efficient & incredibly polished.
Phil coordinated 2 private inspections (one after 6pm) and assisted both the vendor and I to come to an agreed price to sell before auction, all while keeping the tenants happy too.
Phil brings a very enjoyable, honest & down-to-earth style to being a real estate agent. He is 100% in the right career and has clearly mastered the fine line between keeping the process fun but also being a true professional.

Chris, I could not thank you enough. Living interstate and trying to sell an investment property sounded like an impossible task. Chris and the team managed absolutely everything and kept me informed every step of the way.

Thank you to Jennie Burrell who is a Property Manager with Raine and Horne Commercial Dee Why for outstanding service in promptly arranging repairs to my office. I called her and 4 hours later I was surprised to see a repair man standing in my office. In the past with previous Property Managers from other agencies I would be lucky to see someone weeks later. I am a tenant of a commercial business and R & H look after our property. We recently had a car hit our shop and Jennie Burrell from R & H Dee Why has looked after us and our Landlord through this whole horrible ordeal. She has completely organised all the remedial work for the repair of our shop and also taken into account of the effect of what it will do to have us closed for two weeks. I would highly recommend Jennie as she really considers both Landlord and tenant. Her professionalism is outstanding !
