  John Lippits at Century 21 Property Plus Dee Why is a serial con artist. I worked with him for 6 months in his office and he did not pay me, he lied to my face everyday, he told me it was his accountant making mistakes, that it was Westpac making mistakes, that my money would hit my account in 48 hours. And still I showed up to work every day. He paid me 2-3 times in the 6 months I worked there. I went through hell and back because of this man. I could not pay rent or eat!! He blamed me when I asked questions or had the nerve to feel upset! By the end of the 6 months I was a complete wreck! He never paid my Superannuation. Since I left I have had all 3 of his staff members contact me, to ask if he ever paid me. He has done the exact thing to every staff member he has had and they have since all left his office. Do not trust this person with your investment. Do not trust that John Lippits can be honest. Or that he has a spine whatsoever. He has 5+ complaints against him with Fair Trading in the last 14 months. He has had several complaints from real estate agencies he personally rents through, as he doesn’t pay his rent! I have been told by many people he is a liar and a con. He also lies about his experience in Real Estate and property. He will take your money and drive you into the ground with him. RUN as fast as you can!!
