  There's a reason why the agency is rated quite low on google reviews. The staff are rude and abrupt and they have a high unreasonable expectation of all clients. I would not recommend these guys to anyone, save yourself some time and pick a different agency.

  One of the worst out there. Support you until you leave a residence and then they treat you like garbage. Knowing full well we were all first time renters, they talked us through everything At the start, then gave us no support or assistance when leaving and gave false hope and advice
  We given the opportunity to re-clean the premises after vacating, we were told exactly what needed to be done and advised if we did that we'd be fine So we did that, and then some, but had hundreds of dollars taken from our bond (the equivalent to a complete house clean)
  When we took them to Tribunal I was looked dead in the eye and told "you could never have cleaned it in that short a time" - Completely the opposite of what we were told at the time of vacating
  Edited to note that no I won't remove my review, if you can't accept negative reviews, then you're not acknowledging that there are flaws in your business - Strive to be better, don't threaten "legal action"

  Emma B, I found them to be very straight forward. Leave the premises clean, no damage, ensure that there is no money owing and you won't have a problem. They even give you the opportunity to come back and rectify what has been found not many agents give you that opportunity.
