You guys are absolute lifesavers!!!!! Our garage door was stuck and the lovely man on the phone took the time to help us out but talking us through how to fix the problem. I am 7 months pregnant and he literally saved me from having to sleep in the office overnight to wait for help. Thank you so much. Wonderful human doing good things. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Great experience, awesome service. Came for the service put the gate back on its hinges and fixed to closed property with a bit of tinkering and programmed my remotes. Thanks guys

Repaired our damaged door at our factory at Solar 360 Australia well..also upgraded to an electric motor on existing old system. well priced did a great job from start to finish.

Thank you to the entire team at Quicklift Garage Doors, Mulgrave.
It all started with a phone call to 4Ddoors, who suggested I go and see the garage door that I had in mind, on display at Mulgrave.
The team at Quicklift Garage doors provided a good customer experience, service and communication.
From our initial meeting at their showroom in Mulgrave, to Peter who came out to do our site inspection, which required further follow-ups, …to Alex, who installed our new 4Ddoors sectional, German designed by Hormann, insulated door with passage wicket door insert.
Everyone was very polite and on time. Taking the care needed to ensure our new door fitted perfectly.
I couldn’t be happier with it. It is exactly what I have been wanting and needing to run my home-based dog grooming salon. The door is super quiet on opening and closing and doesn’t rattle with the wind, like my old colourbond roller door.
The silkgrain finish is beautiful and the light ivory colour matched perfectly with our existing exterior colour scheme. I added 4 small opaque windows and I can’t believe how much light it provides. No more stumbling in the dark.
I was so impressed with Quicklift Garage doors, I upgraded my back single roller door also. Now it opens up so smoothly and easily with one hand.

We have just had very old counter weight doors replaced with gorgeous new sectional garage doors. We are so thrilled with the results. Our old wooden doors were rotting and broken and when I saw the new doors in their place it gave me goosebumps. They look so good! Peter was so helpful whenever I called and so thorough with measuring and ordering. He even came out about a week prior to ensure all was correct and there would be no problems at installation. Install boys were great. Thorough and left garage spotless. Girls in the office have also been so helpful whenever I've called (Tania & Susan) and always kept me up to date with installation dates (was a slight delay because of Covid). I would have no hesitation in recommending Quicklift to anyone wanting new garage doors, in fact, I already have! Thank you so much.

Could not recommend higher. Plenty of trades come and do their job well and leave. But I always judge a company in terms of the customer commitment and honesty they demonstrate when a problem comes arises.
In my case, I had a major issue which actually was likely the fault of another company. The other company was extremely uncooperative and unwilling to help us at all, refusing to take responsibility.
Despite this, Quicklift Doors came to rescue! Not only did they do more than I could ask for had it been their own responsibility, but they actually went over and above and totally saved us. For no other reason than not wanting to see a family left in our position, they did more than I could ever ask for. In addition, their equipment is top quality (glad to get rid if the junk installed last year by others) and their installers are knowledgeable, capable and take the time to ensure everything is working spot on. Cant thank them enough.
Even from an office perspective, everyone is responsive comms are always clear.
When the security of your home and family are the key reason you get a garage or gate, it is so good to know you are in safe, capable and most importantly, honest hands.response / report this review -

Salesman was terrific but installation took over 3 days Friday, Sunday & Monday. Also sales rep advice was that supporting posts wouldn't be necessary however installers said they were - extra time involved that which hadn't been planned for. Then, on the Monday the company phoned asking why payment hadn't been made before installation was even completed. Clearly there is minimal management of staff. And poor workmanship means the lock doesn't always work! Wouldn't recommend.

Thank you. My parents are so pleased with the work your company completed and I am so grateful I decided to dial your number after having been disappointed in another company.
Thank you for sending out Nathan R to initially repair the forty plus year old door that had rusted parts and caused my elderly parents (and us, when we visited) anguish every time they wanted to open and close it. Nathan spent almost an hour and a half checking all working parts and replacing the one extremely rusted spring. He made it work like new again! But when we asked him about the possibility of replacing the door with a motorised version, he gave us his honest and expert opinion and based on his advice, we booked another time for a technician to come and measure and quote.
Thank you Nathan and thank you to all the people who came out and made it possible. The door is a beautiful green that my father loves and with the press of a button, my mum never has to prop the door up with a stick ever again. Quicklift, you have made my elderly parents very happy and again, I am grateful for your great service.response / report this review -

Incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication after the installer took all the remotes with them and after three days of trying to get the remotes I have a garage which I am unable to park my cars in and we're going into the weekend. The excuses I have been given have ranged from the installer did the wrong thing, to the accounts person didn't communicate to the installer the correct instructions.. complete incompetence.. I can't wait to see if the door actually opens

Absolutely disappointed with this company. Poor service, no communication, slow to deliver, pathetic excuses, lack of consideration for distressed client with safety issues and the list goes on. Will not ever use this company again. If you want your doors delivered and installed then go elsewhere . still waiting for mine and I am very, very unhappy!

After many years of struggling with the old factory roller door, the decision was made to put on a motor. Of the three quotes we received, Quicklift was competitive, but more than that, it was hassle-free. Tennille advised the requirement for a power-point, and from a photograph I supplied, pinpointed the exact location for the electrician. Once this was complete the Quicklift installers arrived with the motor, fitted and tested, cleaned up after themselves and left us to enjoy our push-button roller door. I'm very happy and would recommend them to anyone who asks.
