Big rooms and well fitted out. Very steep drive to rear units. Staff are extremely friendly and professional.
Would give it four and half stare if I could.

Very friendly service. Big and comfortable rooms. Only bad thing was that you could hear all noises from other rooms, foyers and nearby buildings.

Quite good, with the friendliest receptionist I've ever met. Rooms were clean and the beds comfy. Just a few odd things stop this being excellent:

    1. They advertise "Free Wi-Fi" , but if you use more than 300MB per day, you need to buy more. That's actually fine for me mostdays, just would have liked to know before I went, as I would have packed a DVDs instead of relying on Netflix.
    2. There wasn't a DVD player in the room, but seemed like there should have been. Didn't end up getting time to watch a movie, so I didn't chase this up.
    3. No chopping board. Not a big deal, just a nuisance when you only have two plates.
    4. Instead of providing a small bottle of dishwashing liquid, they provided a sachet. Again, not a deal breaker, just annoying when you need to wash the plate you've just cut meat on to then eat your dinner off Also, makes it a nuisance yo ration for breakfast dishes as well

Overall, had a fine stay (didn't end up getting time to watch a movie) and there were not big problems, just a few small nuisances.

Here for 5 nights for work, in 1 bed apartment. Checkin was friendly and rooms serviced daily. Appliances and apartment does show sign of age but is clean and comfortable. Full kitchen and laundry amenities in apartment. Complimentary WiFi available. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

Staffs are friendly and the room was clean and tidy but the whole experience was ruined for us because there is no privacy between the next door room and the room we stayed in. The only thing separating both rooms was a thin wall and a common door which let the sound pass through. We could hear their conversation as if we were in their room. We even heard them snoring all night. You pay for a hotel room and endup having a camping experience.
