To expensive, needs a gardener full time, close to shops , restaurants & hotels great town queanbeyan. Park needs more fencing from main road for prvacy

Booked into a cabin, and was shocked to see mould growing on the 3 mattresses for my kids to sleep on. As the office was closed with no answer I have had to goto Kmart and buy additional bedding and mats for the kids to sleep on.

This park has loads of potential, however the management sucks. The park reception closes bang on five, and any traveler after this time is left scratching their heads. I know of alot of camper who arrive after five and leave before the office opens. Hates cash

Have always enjoyed staying there.. Have some concrete slabs,overnight cabins..
Nice clean amenities..cloths line available.
Easy walk to the store/shops/take away places/hotels

Nice little caravan park. Clean amenities. No playgrounds tv rooms etc for kids. Very close to the centre of Queanbeyan. We had trouble checking in late, which should be easy.

Very disappointed!!!!
We called ahead advising them how big our campers were and we were assured that we would fit on their last 2 sites. I paid one night on both sites to secure them. At 4.45pm they called asking if we were far away, I told them we should arrive at about 5 they said they would be closed up by then and would leave a map at the front door of reception (first caravan park I've been to that closes at 5!). We got there at 5.05pm everything locked up, found our map and headed to our sites.
We were shocked to see one was barely the size of a car park!!!! The other site was only 1/4 of the size bigger, definitely not big enough for either of our trailers!! Did I mention one had a drop off into the river (with no fence!!!) behind it (perfect for 3 kids??!!) and we would have to run our power cord across a road.
We had to then call around town to find last minute accomodation and ended up spending more than triple the amount per night to stay in a cabin since it was so late before we could get anywhere else.
After over a week of calling asking for a refund, they relayed back to us from the owner that they would not and that the owner would not speak directly to us, except via email.
