Very difficult to get any service..a few staff are excellent however most are not interested in customers and ignore you while they pack shelves.

I have found to my cost a couple of times there that cheaper doesn't mean better. Definitely do your homework for expensive items, and know what you want. But generally they're good.

Bought a small piece of furniture which was faulty. A pain to have to drive back. Very helpful and fixed the issue so it's a thumbs up.

Not good. Normally their really good and helpful, but on this occasion the workmen in the timber section took their time.really annoying, l was trying to get out quickly. It was sunday i suppose. The cashier then recorded the wrong item, so I had to line up again..in other words, it took me 1 hour to get out of the place - just to purchase 5 fence palings.

Awesome range and good prices -the staff don't know as much as they used to, though. I've had a huge amount of dodgy advice - suggest you research your job before you go (especially on weekends).
It's really useful being able to take back what you don't end up using. Never end up with too little material to finish the job.response / report this review
