Service at the Quality Inn was very nice and prompt. The room was easonably clean but just outside of the room was quite dirty and had spider webs. The pool/spa area needs an upgrade with some cracked tiles as well as not working toilets and sauna

The Inn was definitely in need of up a general update. The Room sizes were fantastic, but just dated. We chose the hotel for the sauna and indoor pool. The sauna was closed and has been that way for months, they told us they are just waiting to replace the tiles. The pool itself was just dated and did not feel clean. Overall the staff were extremely helpful and we were close to everything in town.

In need of refurbishing, the old style air/heater was so loud too. They have a suna but the door is dropped and would not close to fully use, disappointing also was the spa was no warmer than the pool. The pool is indoors so wasnt too bad. We didn't try the restaurant, it looked quite large and had a bar.

Ive stayed a couple of times now, and although the decor is not modern, the rooms are quiet, and warm and most important, the beds are comfortable. Staff are very polite and the restaurant serves really nice meals.

Can not recommend this to anyone - very outdated and poorly maintained. Rooms are spacious, but not well appointed. Malfunctioning and flimsy door locks. Very noisy AC/heater, impossible to sleep with. Leaky pipes - standing water on the bathroom floor. Wifi limited to 300 mb.

Completely dead TV in room 34 , dirty wine glasses, no free internet (as promoted) and very dated decor. Upside was the bed was superb and rooms are spacious.
When advising reception in the morning of the issues, was simply advised, "you should have called us". At 9.30pm this didn't seem practical, would rather you check your rooms are up to standard before putting guests in them.

No problem with the actual accommodation. Just the booking service on their website. I booked for 4 people, and the confirmation came through as 1. We had to pay extra. They did give us a discount though, so that was nice. Room was comfortable and spacious.
