Beautiful spot! Some maintenance needed but very clean amenities. Disappointing that no aerials are provided when reception is poor as we really wanted to watch the World Cup.

Nothing extraordinary about this big 4 and we've stayed at a lot in the past 5 weeks. Good location only. No ironing facilities, games room was poor for kids, toilets requiring 4 to 5 flushes to clean, dryers didn't dry properly, security in amenities still not addressed. Park needs a major over haul.

Had an issue coming after hours, the envelop with information (keycode for entrance) wasn't in the box. Next morning I Informed the staff about the issue and suggested to SMS the Code in future instead of leaving an envelope in the box at the entrance. But instead of listening to the provided feedback the staff started arguing with me.

My hubby and I stayed 3 nights at the Blue Lake Holiday Park and would have to say the park is beautifully maintained and would have no hesitation staying there again. My only criticism would be the toilet/shower facilities are never locked and from a security point of view, particularly for women, this is a little unnerving when showering. I was quite surprised about this as usually you need a key or code to use facilities. No security meant anyone could wander in. Needs attention.

Travelled along the great ocean road stayed in six different big 4 caravan parks. This was the worst filthy lounge, could not shut the door for the bedroom, then the handle fell off of the door the tiles are cracked in tbe bathroom. Then the toilet roll holder fell off. There were dead bugs all over the bench. It was disgusting. I will never stay here again. No exagerating it was the worst. True the park is beautiful but that is where it ends.

Camped for 5 days. Beautiful park but facilities poorly maintained
No dryers working in laundry. No hot water in camp kitchen. No extractor fans working in ladies amenities.
