We had a memorable time at the QT. The service was excellent & the front desk extremely helpful. Our room was well presented and we could have got lost in the oversized bed! My husband is Coeliac and the dining room staff and chef were wonderful in providing him with lots of beautiful and tasty dishes. Gluten-free food is always a major problem when we are away from home, but not at QT. Thank you for 3 great days in Canberra.

We enjoyed the hospitality of this modern Hotel. Unfortunately, we had a room near the lift and we could hear it moving up and down during the night. This disturbed our sleep.
The music in the lounge area was a bit loud when trying to talk to our friends.

The service was excellent and the staff really pleasant and helpful. The only down side was the level of bass in the venue. We had to shout to be understood

Attended QT Canberra for a work planning day followed by Christmas Lunch. Excellent facilities for the planning day, and great food and drink for the party. Would definitely recommend it.

Exhibition space was great. The catering was also very good. The hotel itself is so funky and cool. Companies should definately consider running their corporate functions out of this site

There for a work event. Staff friendly, food very tasty although there could have been more of it. Good place for networking

I am not sure just why I am bothering to complete this survey as my two requests for someone to contact me have been ignored! The night was such a disaster that we were back in Sydney at 9.00 am having breakfast before going to bed for a sleep! The noise emanating from room 11 13 was such that it woke us up at 3.00 am and we were unable to go back to sleep and made the decision to leave at 5.30 am. I lodged a complaint with the Japanese girl (very polite) who was on duty and asked that the incoming duty manager (Chrissie) call me but did not receive a reply. We retrieved our car and left before 6.00 am for Sydney! A complaint lodged on-line on Monday has achieved nothing and AH's office gave us the number to call the hotel which seemed a little pointless after our horrific night and lack of any response other than my credit card being debited.

Service was excellent, room OK, a bit less than what the price would indicate, but nicely furnished. Decor innovative and politically hipster which was fun to experience. Would liked to have had minimalist breakfast at a reasonable price. Dinner was good, timely and well prepared and they made a great vodka martini!

Hotel was relatively close to most places I wanted to go to. Restaurant food was great. The room had all facilities and was clean with all necessary facilities but the internet was slow at times. There were plenty of lights in the room but the desk light was the only one that was bright enough to use for reading which makes the reading chair a decoration. Whilst everything was adequate, nothing stood out to distinguish this hotel from others I have stayed at in other cities. This was my first stay in Canberra. There wasn't much local information available.

From the warm attentive greeting in very first moment to the complementary 1pm late check-out in the last, the stay was as amazing, luxurious and enjoyable as always. The staff are always happy and willing to bend over backwards to help in any way. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We didn't partake in the restaurant this time around, but we know it to be a first class experience. One bartender in particular, left us with an experience that defined our entire stay. My girlfriend and myself decided to have a drink after our dinner out and his passion and personality was inspiring. His suggestion for drinks was spot on, and an old school martini is now my no.1 drink. Taking the time to bring the drinks over to us while we sat in front of the fire, then staying to have a conversation brings a new meaning to service with a smile. He is to be commended, as is the entire establishment. First class all the way!

Nice interior design. Eureka room was a bit awkwardly out of the way to reach from the front. Overall good service and nice atmosphere.

The hotel is visually appealing. The front of house staff were friendly and accommodating. Room itself was nice. Clean. However the air conditioning didn't work in our room. Made the staff aware of the problem, one came up and pressed a few buttons which did nothing. Contacted maintenance apparently who said there was nothing they could do about it. So we were left without air con. We had to then sleep with the balcony door open which wasn't the easiest of things to do with 2 young children in the next room. The thought of them finding an open door to the balcony while we slept was not a good feeling. The lack of assistance from the staff left little to be desired.

Very comfortable with an artsy vibe. Staff were excellent. Had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant - dinner was exceptional but breakfast was well-below average. I would stay here again though as overall it was great.

We stayed for 3 days and had 3 different rooms.
The first room the air conditioner was not working
The second room the toilet kept blocking. (which the cleaning lady said to us "Again" as we were going to another room)
The third room was great but I was not happy to move twice to pack and unpack.

The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. The staff are friendly and food was delicious!

The room we stayed in was reasonably priced, and very well appointed. Bed was very comfortable and we liked the general feel of the room itself. Loved the free movie options, such a nice touch!!
We were disappointed with the in room dining menu, it would be nice to have some snack options rather than just main meals. We also didn't receive a complimentary drink, even though as priority members we were meant to. Aside from that no complaints, it was a wonderful stay.
