Worst Western. Small rooms, old decor, out the middle of nowhere. I had to put up with car alarms, noisy arrivals and waking up to someone walking into my room while i was asleep.

Very happy with our stay here came here with a largish group for the weekend & we were all very happy with the friendly staff, breakfast & size of our rooms. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Canberra. Will be going back there on our next trip!!!

My wife spent the night it hospital after eating from the restaurant. After explaining her allergies we were told a certain dish was safe for her. It wasnt. when we told Them she was having a reaction there was no concern or apology. Just told us the kitchen was busy.

THE ROOMS ARE LOVELY, THE MEALS ARE GREAT, THE STAFF IS REALLY FRIENDLY AND SWEET, THE BED IS SO COMFY THE BATHROOM IS SPOTLESS AND THE WHOLE MOTEL IS AWESOME I LOVE IT

Stayed in a 3-person room with a double and single bed. Room and bathroom were small, but generally clean and tidy. Not too much noise from outside or inside. However, the room was really cold and the reverse-cycle air conditioner wasn't very good. We had to pull out extra blankets to stay warm overnight. Also, the privacy curtains had a bunch of torn holes in them, which was a weird piece of disrepair. Thankfully the inner curtains were still intact.

It is well located, handy to Canberra city, the Manuka food and entertainment area. Easy access to major roads north and south. The motel is clean and comfortable. Restaurant and bar are well priced and good quality. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I attended a work function at the Best Western Garden City. The room was fit for purpose. The air conditioning was freezing! The lunch provided was basic but adequate.

Great quit location, good size comfortable beds.Can check-in late (even after front counter closes) but you need to ring and confirm it so you get a 4 digit PIN to access a locker at the back entrance near the car park.

Highly recommend this place any day of the week. Their food and service without fail everytime is spot on. Tonight has been a particular night where we have probably been difficult, from being partner for an Xmas party having a call to collect the kids, within the time I went to collect the kids I got back to a cot ready for my little girl, and great room service for dinner. What a difficult night for me as a mother, and this place has made it just so much better. I'm a very grateful person for their incredibly amazing service.

Really nice hotel, staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend to pay for the upgraded room as the beds in the executive rooms have a pillow top which makes you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud
