Amazing place to stay. Very relaxing. The staff are wonderful! We were given off milk though which was a shame and it’s a bit annoying to have to leave the hotel to do laundry and go to the gym/pool.

Very helpful, courteous staff. Always immaculately clean. The cafe is adequate for a quick, simple breakfast. A small, onsite cocktail bar would be a plus!

A very good hotel. Looks newish and modern. Internal atrium has two levels of rooms above the ground floor cafe and tables chairs. The hotel restaurant and breakfast facility is actually across the rear park at the Pavillion Hotel -- but it is very good (buffet breakfast, bar facilities and lounging area).

Good location but very noisy due to light rail works. Especially at night it is louder. Staff not friendly and welcoming. Tiny shower which makes showering impossible. Room is very small and the "verandah" wasn't big enough for a person to stand up let alone sitting and enjoying a drink. However, it's fairly clean

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and modern. Breakfast was available either from the restaurant or the kiosk. I had a quick breakfast from the kiosk that was great value for money because they through in a nice coffee with the meal. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The staff look down their noses at you and are hesitant to help with anything. The rooms are too small for the price with no microwave, no plates or bowls and no couches. Unreasonably expensive.

Good room, comfortable bed, nice balcony, upgraded bathroom with rainfall shower. Very nice hotel overall, very secure, locked parking garage. Only thing lacking was a microwave.

Excellent hotel. Clean, great facilities. Lovely staff. Everything was so easy. Fantastic bed. so comfortable!?? Only complaint was that the in room coffee was disgusting. Use Nescafe please. Will definitely stay again.

Great self service apartment. Plenty of room in apartments and all the amenities you need. Includes free wifi although a bit slow at times. Close to the city (approx 5 min drive) but still remaining quiet. Cleaning staff seemed to like doing half a job though including leaving half the cupboards open :) other than that no real complaints

Really good experience overall. We got free upgrade from studio to one bedroom apartment.

The bed is very clean and comfortable. Room is spacious and has all the essentials.

Room service is value for money. Food was good.

Lovely rooms. When advised the spa was faulty they were able to change our room. Certainly great accommodation for $$. A larger television in the lounge room would be the pinnacle. More dishwasher sachets should be provided too. Otherwise fabulous place to stay.

Great new hotel in a nice quiet location. Rooms were immaculate and very well fitted out. Service was efficient and friendly. We stayed one night with our son and will definitely come back next time we are in Canberra. It's great that secure car parking is included in the very competitively priced room rate. Our studio room was spacious and we'll laid out with a nice large balcony.
