Great location, great studio apartment, incredibly quiet and all the staff without exception were friendly and super professional! Highly recommend Punthill Apartment Hotels!

The location is great, the staff was very friendly, but the room itself was not very clean and the bed was not too comfortable. It just feels like the hotel wasn't well taken care off, with a little bit more maintenance it would be great. The walls were full of black marks. The paint falling here and there. It was also very noisy.

Clean and comfortable. Lifts were a bit slow at peak hours. They do not clean daily and only allocate additional towels, soap, shampoo upon request. I stayed 3 nights and there only soap gel for one shower, so I would recommend that housekeeping be advised of number guests and length of stay so they can allocate enough toiletries to eliminate need for a call out. The weekend, there is a lack of open breakfast cafes in area and must go into CBD.

Noisy! I stayed 3 nights facing the pool opposite a construction building and every morning (starting around 6am) all you can hear is a construction lift going up and down! I’m sure hotels are supposed to mention construction on their website.

Kitchen is tiny……..only one saucepan! The location is good, bed was comfortable. But I couldn’t recommend this place.

The apartment I stayed in was clean and spacious. It came with all the essentials and more. I'm subtracting one star as my balcony door didn't lock, TV remote up button didn't work, and the fragrance of the cleaning products was overpowering.
