I was made welcome from the time I entered the premises until the time I departed. The Staff are Friendly, Professional and always Helpful. The Room was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable furnishings and bed. The Dining experience was delicious and the coffee divine. I have never before stayed in accommodation that is as pleasantly memorable. Thank you for a Wonderful stay and I will definitely return next time I am in Brisbane.

Rooms are exceptional as is the staff. We would like to thank Ivan in particular for welcoming us on Friday for my birthday weekend. The birthday card and the bottle of bubbles in our room were such a lovely touch. Pampered from the moment we arrived.

A stay with character and comfort. Friendly staff, great they have dog friendly rooms, and provide a bed and bowls and a toy and blanket for them. Enjoyed the food and cocktails as well.

Brilliant. Had a great stay here about 2 weeks ago. The staff are great and really accommodating. The food was good, the coffee was good. They have a guest cocktail hour which was fun. Our room was so comfortable and stylish. We loved it, 10/10 would recommend.

I Love Love the Ovolo hotels and the Inchcolm was no exception. Great location, it's the perfect escape on a cold winters weekend. The room size was massive and was extremely comfortable.
The only thing I missed was the lolly bag in my bed that I have received at other Ovolo hotels, and the Lolly bar downstairs wasn't very satisfying .
We stayed in on the night we stayed and the bar food and drinks were perfect for a casual night with friends.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is charming and the Inchcolm isn't suffering from the handed down HQ instructions that many large chain hotels are, where their bars and restaurants are closed due to Covid.

So we were able to arrive late to check in (9pm), and then get something to eat and drink in the bar before heading to bed.

The team at the Inchcolm are excellent, making a point to engage guests in passing, remember names and offer assistance proactively. Will absolutely book and stay again.

Funky small Hotel right in Brisbane. This is such a gorgeous place to enjoy a drink at the amazing bar. Staff are just so amazingly helpful and friendly and our pre dinner cocktails came with a chat from the staff. So very Queensland friendly but in a cool and funky setting.
We stayed for only a night in the Hotel and will be back on our next trip to Brisbane.

This is an incredible venue. I have stayed here for it's accommodation and also have been here multiple times for events held here. The service here is fantastic. Attention is paid to very aspect from remembering the customer's name, to making sure their drink is always filled. I've stayed at a number of luxury hotels and this is easily my favourite in Brisbane. This is a place you write home about.

Headed to Brisbane for a weekend away and am absolutely thrilled that I picked The Inchcolm. We were treated warmly and with genuine interest and care for our stay. The room - a loft suite - had views of the city, mini bar stocked with cocktails plus decent coffee and tea. Bed was very comfy and the bathroom huge. Plenty of space to have our local friends up for pre-dinner snacks. The whole hotel has well curated art pieces mixed in with retro curios. The bar was dark and martini hour a fabulous bonus. Loved it and am definitely going back!
