We recently travelled from the Sunshine Coast with some friends for my partners 30th and stayed at the Bailey. We arrived very early hoping to store our bags & were told we could check in which was great. All the staff were lovely, the rooms were beautiful and clean & the location is perfect. The grab & go continental breakfast was a lovely surprise! Will definitely return 🥰

Booked this place through luxury escapes as it said it was 5 star. It is far from that, rooms are nice, although no balcony. There is no heated spa or spa at all at the facility, the pool is in constant shade and not heatedin fact it was freezing. Cc's Bar and Grill is hardly open, so don't expect to find a hot breakfast or decent coffee. The grab an go breakfast is sugar laced and the coffee machine, when it works, is pretty ordinary. If you are looking for a 5 star experience, this is not the placego to Crystalbrook Riley if you want that, pay the $378 a night. Bailey is something I would liken to a very flash backpackers. The fact it is on luxury escapes amazes me.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights in a residence apartment. Overall. while not huge, the apartment was comfortable and made great use of the space. It had excellent cooling, sound proofing, lighting and facilities. The bathroom was a little tight, but was well designed with a great shower. The separate bedroom had its own air-conditioning and a very comfortable bed. Rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. We loved the pool and there was also a gym and sauna included in the price. Finally the location is just about perfect too.

Friendly, helpful staff, great location and wonderful rooms, we stayed in a 1 bed residence and could not fault it, the rooms are spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to be comfortable the coffee machine and pods are just awesome. The rooms are like new and everything is modern fresh and clean. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again. Grab and go breakfast available in the lobby and very handy if you off on a tour or just want to hang about.
