One of the worst place I stayed at! Was so much of a stuff around to even get the keys for the place when already booked online , spent 15 mins outside the apartment trying to find a number to call the reception as their office isn't even in the same complex, it's like 400 metres down a road in a different complex! The location was perfect and close to everything though! But the Place was dirty and smelly , bathroom had all mould over the roof and in the shower, iron didn't even worked, had to call reception for another one Also called up for more toilet paper as they left us with only Half a roll what someone else already used! 2 stoves only worked on the oven out of 4 of them, tv won't even connect to the channels or anything! Won't be coming back again

This place doesn't deserve any kind of good rating. My partner, 3kids and myself checked into one of the 2 bedroom apartments and when we opened the bathroom door we were greeted with poor on the top of the toilet seat cover and also poo wiped in the bathtub. Not only that, because this place doesn't have aircon, they have fans but the only had 2 fans in the 2 bedroom apartment and it wasn't enough. It didn't even feel like we had any fans on when we had both pumping. Honestly I have never received this poor kind of service from anyone in my life.
Not only that, but the 2nd bedroom still smelled like the last guest who stayed in their. Absolutely disgusting place.

As the astute business owner has noted, I was not a tenant or guest at Paradise Towers, although we did consider living there on several occasions. In our quest for permanent rentals in Surfers Paradise over the last few years, my partner & I have viewed several apartments in the building during this time. We've opted not to apply for them for various reasons, for example: the aging elevator & its reliability worried me, some units didn't include a parking spot, & a couple of units weren't set out or furnished in a way that was suitable for our needs.

I spent 10 weeks there for work. Was in a one bedroom apartment and from balconies I had city, ocean and mountain views. Really close to everything in Surfers. Tram a short walk away. The unit was fully self contained. Had AirCon, washing machine, cutlery etc etc. Older building but very clean and neat. A few minutes walk to beach, nightclubs. The manager Peter was a really cool dude and he was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed my stay. Will book again in October.
