Fake 20% discount promotion!!! I received an email advertising that 20% discount all still wine nothing excluded, even asked the staff in store, was told all still wine 20% off. But I bought 4 different wine, after I paid, found out that two of them didn’t get 20%off !

The following is from the email I received:

“We don't exclude anything and unless it's already subject to the same or larger discount, every still wine in the stores are offered at 20% off. If it's sparkling wine of any type it attracts a 10% discount”

From my understanding, if the still wine is already discounted but less 20%, it will still able to have 20% off of the original price.
But anyway, it is not a big amount, you don’t need to fix the issue, just really need to beware the word in your advertising. Thanks for your response.

Can’t praise this store enough. From the staff to the selections of wines. Staff informative, helpful, polite and understanding. Good selection of entry, mid and expensive. Organised, clean and just beautiful. Would recommend to any one and everyone. Specially those that are looking to try something new or is after anything that they can’t find.

Most of the significant wine retailers, with the possible exception of the majors DM and the like, are pretty reasonable people to deal with but these guys were exceptional in my experience.
A issue with a wine product was deal with courteously and efficiently and a refund issued without any questions bring asked.
South Melbourne store is well stocked and appointed and boasts a stunning display of Riedel Glasses. I'll certainly be buying from them in the future.

Love this store. A great companion place to my all-time favourite restaurant Bellota next door. Especially at the moment, with covid isolation restrictions, we enjoy Bellota's food boxes with a bottle or two from the Prince Wine Store each weekend.

Best wine store in Melbourne. One email database I won't unsubscribe from because it's seriously so handy on a good drop! Great events too. I had the pleasure of buying a ticket to the Riesling night and it was one of the best nights of my life. Got to sit and hear and dine with all the Riesling greats (Ernie Loosen, Donnhoff, Brundlmayer, Gunderloch, Paul Blanck and more)

I've been coming here since for as long as I can remember, purely on service. The selection of wines they have is world class, but the knowledge staff like magda, miles and Rosco have, and how that translates to a better drinking experience is really what makes this place worth a visit. The space itself is beautiful too. And the free Saturday tastings are fun.
