HORRIBLE DENTAL SERVICE!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

CHANGE APPOINTMENTS! (MORE THAN ONCE)
Had an appointment at 12.15pm they called us up asking to come in at 11.25 to then find out there on break until. 11:30
12:10PM STILL WAITING!

Had a 20 week ultrasound.
The lady giving the ultrasound was absolutely lovely. She explained everything and was endlessly patient with my two toddlers and fed up husband (not to mention the unborn baby that was determined not to work with her). She was absolutely lovely.
Although
The staff didn't tell me how much it would cost over the phone when I booked, or that payment was demanded up front. Was left with 7 dollars for the rest of the week because of this mistake.
I also forgot to grab my ultrasound pictures. I rang up and enquired the next day and a rather rude receptionist told me it wasn't policy to give pictures, and acted as if I'd told her she had to have teeth pulled when I asked if she could still get my baby pictures. She was short. Cut me off while I was still speaking.
This was my 7th ultrasound, my third child, and I have never ever had to ask for the pictures of my child, or been told anything about it not being policy. They have always just handed them to me.
Wasn't impressed with reception, but still very impressed with the ultrasound tech.response / report this review -
