Phone manner and professionalism (Bridge Street) is very poor. For a business that looks after people, there is no consideration at all given to people who are late by 10-15mins. All you get is, "Just so you know, the doctor has charged you a "no show' fee of $20". Didn't offer to re-book me in.I've waited longer than that for a doctor to see me up to an 1hr.
I wish no stars were available. How about, keep the patient and re-book them, don't charge them. Try to squeeze them in and help them out. Who knows, it might help support the idea of what your business is meant to be about.response / report this review -
