Really enjoyed our meal at Pinocchio's. Great little Italian with friendly staff and really yummy pizzas. Will most definitely be heading back here again. Also weekday offers look like great value.

I ordered a delivery from Menulog from this "restaurant". I placed the order at 6:29pm and received it some time after 7:55pm. When it did arrive the "Fried polenta chips, served with garlic aioli" were some cheap rubbish I could of got for $3 a kilo from Woolies. Essentially stole my money. Accompanied by some burnt, oily rubbish that was gleefully advertised "Cotoletta Milanese, veal medallions, not a shank!" When I called for reparation the attendant guaranteed that the manager would call back in 5 mins. As I write this its now going on 40mins. Thieving, disgraceful behaviourfind another line of work.

Pretty decent pizza. Friendly servers. Slow service though, takes a long time to get served. Seems like they take your order and then forget you are even there. Which would be more understandable if you weren't the only person in the restaurant at the time. Eaten there several times. Best tasting pizza in the area.

A nice Italian restaurant that produces some nice pizzas. The service is great and the environment really nice. The only comment I would have is that the pizzas are pretty expensive.

I always have loved this place although something has changed.
I could remember coming here as a young boy and it has always been a family favourite.
Well.. until now that is.
New owners and management have bought in confusing size choices, ordinary pizza (the base is still good) and an unprofessional feel. All i could focus on while eating was the manager sitting to the right of us an array of cables running across the floor to her laptop.
If you come here, I wouldn't suggest the metre or even the half metre as you only get to toppingsresponse / report this review -

Every time we've visited we've had a fanstastic experience with the pizzas; certainly the best we've tried in the area.
The only downside (which is why I haven't given 5 stars) is that it's soooooo expensive. I get that it's in South Yarra but shouldn't be the reason for charging exorbitant pricesresponse / report this review -

Pinocchio's is a great place to grab some excellent tasting pizza. The menu is simple and offers great choice, prices are mainly around $20-25 for a main course but there are offers and specials on. I took advantage of the $25 beer and pizza deal which was great. By far my favourite item are the breadsticks, they are a must. A relatively low key environment that is family friendly and with the take out next door you can choose whether to sit in or take out. Ample seating inside with a small seating area out the front. It had a good selection of drinks and the staff were friendly and courteous. I would and have been back!
