  My family have been taking pets her for 20 years and now I take my own. They are always friendly, can get you in in an emergency and generally you can get a same day appointment. They are a network of vet surgeries so even if they are really busy you can get an appointment at Mt Eliza or Dromana. Open 7 days an till 11pm for emergencies.
  
  They have now moved to a new built surgery just 1 km up the road its new bright spacious and the service just as good as ever. the only downside of the previous surgery was the parking which has now been solve with new surgery which as an abundance of parking.

  My mother is a pensioner and has 2 toy poodles one which has to have a procedure done every 4 weeks, which only takes 2 minutes. The cost for doing this has now doubled in price. The girl behind the desk didn’t seem to care and said she couldn’t do anything. She said she would get the owner to call. The Owner phoned and was very condescending and said they were only charging the lower amount out of “the goodness of their hearts “and that was the price from now on.
  My Mother phoned other vets and they will charge less than half the price Peninsula Vet Care are now charging.
  From now on she will be going to another vet.

  I found the vet that we dealt with upon collecting our dog from hospitalisation to have zero empathy, spoke robotically during a very sensitive time with our dog in her final days. As I walked into the clinic I also was asked to pay the bill immediately by the vet nurse, no dialogue about how my dog was at all. I have had positive experiences at this East Mornington clinic in the past and the vets are usually fantastic. The most recent experience was disappointing.

  Thank you to all the staff for at Peninsula Vet Care for their patience and care with Jett. And to Kim for her kindness and understanding at such a difficult time, Jett left this world surrounded by love and without pain.Thank you. .

  Best Veterinary Care group all along the Peninsula. I, personally, wouldn't take my dogs to anyone else. 😊
