I have been using the salt therapy rooms for less than two months and have found a big improvement with my sinus problems. I have been going 1-2 times a week, usually twice, because I love going. It's very relaxing and great to just sit, and be quiet and be still for the session. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful, relaxing massage along with a brow and lash tint from the beautiful Kimberly @ Core Health in Frankston. It was a lovely spiritual experience thanks to the healing energy from Kimberly and the peaceful, serene atmosphere. Afterwards, I tried out the massage chairs and infra red sauna for the first time (which I am now aware that members can use anytime at our own leisure). I'm looking forward to using the salt room and having a foot detox next week. Thanks so much Kimberly. It was a beautiful experience and a pleasure to meet you. Looking forward to my next visit. awesome gym. Although i got sick from the pool. I think because lack of signage people go from the sauna straight to the pool. great facilities but lacking a preacher curl machine. has great relaxing rooms salt therapy and infra red sauna with massage chairs. Its a shame its so expensive If they charged less more people would join also if they had the option of month to month for people who want a trial. At the moment im physically injured and im still paying full rate without being able to use many of the machines or take any classes. Very much like a phone contract impossible to get out of without doing the time.

Cannot wait for this to open in a few weeks! I love reading the information on the salt rooms. I have already bought some of the products they are selling at the gym and they are amazing, I cannot wait to have a beautiful relaxation massage after my workout at the gym!
