just very rude, rang looking for information, could not speak to manager or owner, would not provide any information at all and then just basically hung up on me.
as a first impression of your business it was very poor.

Nice and peaceful place. I had my trailersailers in Yaringa in dry storage for many years, always happy. I found staff very helpful and friendly!

This is where I had my boat slipped earlier this year and the staff did a great job I had nothing to complain about ever. The place has got a nice location and a great feel about it although needs updating on a few fronts i.e. providing a kiosk or food van but nothing essential. Certainly the Office and ground staff do their utmost to fulfill customers wishes wherever possible and in my experience were always very quick, friendly and helpful.

We had our boat at Yaringa Marina for a few years and ended up moving outmanagers there were very rude and not customer focussed, the new younger staff very rude and unhelpful, the marina had no life in it and we were often the only ones overnighting on weekends, people were leaving it constantly due to managemrnt and staff rudeness and lack of servicewould not recommend it at all !! The services there were lackingbbq area was filthy and badly maintained, nowhere available to buy basic requirements such as bread and milk, the restaurant was never open for breakfast, closed at 1.30 pm for lunch and was often not open at night for dinnerthe only helpful people was the lady Melany in the Chandelerynew Manager Miranda at the marina office was a ball buster who told you off constantly in short our experience there was not a pleasant one !

Makes fishing easy. No waiting in line at boat ramps to go fishing. Staff are helpful and friendly and services there are good.
