Stuff are disgusting when it comes to the customers! not helpful at all rude and stuck up. Optus needs to provide some more customer service training. Optus is by far the hardiest company to deal with.

Staff were friendly and appeared to do the correct things to solve my issues but unfortunately I ended up having to call Optus to fix it. Is a little bit too small for the amount of people they need to serve but otherwise good and very friendly.

I would normally rate it 1 star but my last two visits here have been far more pleasant than the many times I have been before. Staff seems a bit more knowledgeable and switched on atm.

Brilliant customer service, I went in there a few months ago to sort an issue out, the staff member that helped me was unreal, she fought their own internal staff to get me the refund i requested. if only all telcos had staff members willing to be supportive of their customers. ;-)

Worst experience of my life.
I Had a fault with my new phone and I found they didn't want to know about it. They sent the phone off and 8 weeks latter told me there was no warranty.
Once they have your money thats it.

Warning!!
My new Sony phone failed after 2 days so I took it back. They said it was water damage and said there is no warranty. Not bad for a water resistant phone that had not been anywhere near water. The manager was rude and had no interest in anything I had to say after making a sale.
