Be careful of the price you are paying and that you don’t get ripped. The prices on item and price you pay are different The ticketed items and different price than what you pay. Ladies refused to be corrected after my 4th going there and buying the same product Disgusting service. Ladies were rude 😡😡

Responding to the reply. I have been into this store numerous times and purchased the same Shampoo/Conditioner. Price is always different on tickets compared to what I pay each 4 times. And I’ve spoken up every time. Staff are extremely rude.
Other department stores would admit fault if wrong and make the customer feel comfortable at speaking up and correct the situation by selling the product at the price that was labeled as. Definitely didn’t want to be looked at like I was trying to rip you off. When it was the other way around.
Definitely lost a customer here. Especially from reading the reviews also

Really rude staff member told me she couldn't give me advice on hair bleach because I wasn't a hairdresser. Why would a hairdresser need advice??? It's the people without knowledge that need the help and advice

Absolutely disgusting customer service!
After speaking to my mother as she was also a customer I found out it was from the owner.
Seeing bad reviews from years ago to today describing the same and similar experiences I’ve now had, I can see why it still continues.

Amazing range of products - however, my customer details including phone number were given out. Had people cold call me claiming they worked for Salonworld in marketing. Thought it was a scam. It was NOT. My information was given out to sales reps to try sell to me locally. Understanding clientel and sales - however, weirdest experience I've ever had from an Aussie business.

I had a package stolen from Salon world - according to their terms and conditions they are not liable if you choose to select for the delivery to be left at the front door without a signature. That option was not given to me when purchasing my products. So the package was left at my front door and visible for anyone to see. I would like to thank the staff who were polite and helpful. However, for the owner to say they are not liable and couldn’t do anything for me. Was disappointing, not even a discount so I could re purchase them?
If I had authorised for the package to be left then I understand the terms and conditions but that was not my case.
They don’t ship with auspost, and there goes $140 spent on products.

They have a great range of products, just don't buy the pravana chromasilk vivids everlasting mystic magenta hair dye because it doesn't come out the colour it should, it's a very dissappointing product and not worth the $19.95 it costs and I wouldn't buy it again even if it was only 95cents

I never write bad reviews but By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.. I’ve shopped her a couple times over the years because it was close by. But it’s really not worth it. The staff really need to do a training course how to speak to people and how to identity customers needs. Never smile never friendly like your an inconvenience.

Great variety of product and good prices, though unfortunately they lack in customer service. Whilst i was wandering around looking for the product i wanted, staff were busy making their lunch orders and calling the Fish and chip shop.. Not great! Due to the lack of service i purchased the completely wrong product. Not the first time I've experienced their lack of customer service.

The shop is so huge and has so much variety! I always find stuff that I love for my hair. They made the best (+CHEAP) recommendations to remove yellow tones from my hair, I used to hate my hair since I had bleached it but now I love it. They really take time to guide you through their products and make the best recommendations. Also happy to support a great family business!

I had a great experience dropping by the shop! Jackson, who attended to me, was extremely friendly and helpful in tending to what I was looking for. He's really knowledgeable about the different haircare products and makes good suggestions on what the customer needs best. I'd really recommend this! :)
