At $170 for a Monday night booking I expected more. Decor was tired with peeling paint etc, room really stinks of stale old cigarette/cooking smoke which is gross. . I literally wafted the doors to let some fresh air in. No room service despite having a full restaurant & bar downstairs (normally I wouldn't care but after a long work flight it's annoying). The cleanliness is very good which is important, and bed comfortable. Reception area is very unattractive and not welcoming. Staff were professional & polite but rather cold lol If I'd paid $140 & it was a 3star place I wouldn't care but I am disappointed based on the room rate & rating. Checkout staff member was much warmer.

Well priced. Located in heart of city. All amenities. Loses a star for smaller details. 100% clean sheets, working power points etc. Overall a good experience

Really Good location. Convenient access to flagstaff station But an easy walk into the city. Centre.. The apartment was nice, very clean and reasonably quiet.

Modern and clean hotel. Near to everything you need. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is of a reasonable standard buffet style. I would stay here again. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Only small minis is building works next door but you don't hear it much and it won't be forever.

I would like to tell you how much I enjoyed staying at your hotel. A special mention must go to a lovely lady at your reception by the name of Tanaiah. She was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable apartment right next to the iconic Queen Victoria Markets. We had a studio apartment on the 12th floor and were not disturbed by any construction noise. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was wonderful with good water pressure and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the WiFi - we found it very slow.

Stayed in a 2-bedroom unit with a glorious view of the Queen Victoria markets. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the apartment smelled fresh and clean.

Great location - 10-15 mins away from the shopping district, supermarkets and restaurants.

The beds and pillows are really comfy. You also have a kitchenette with a usable but no frill bathroom (shower, loo and sink).
We found the room really sucked the air from the outside and made a whirling noise when windy.
TV just has the free to air channels
easy to get to the shops and food places.
Hire cars not far down the road
No road noise during the night.
The restaurant does a breakfast buffet for a reasonable price if you book through the checkin counter. Did not try evening meals.
We found that the hot water was just warm enough to shower in.
Still a good option close to the heart of the city in a quite well located position. Would use it again.

Apartment clean, wonderful bar and restaurant. Six to ten minutes from Melbourne Central. Indoor heated pool is by far the best thing in this place with a spa and sauna (not functioning as of this month). Gym facility right next to the indoor swimming pool as per usual.

Service was lovely, and helpful.
Room was comfortable, well kept, and quite reasonably priced.
The attached restaurant/breakfast buffet was wonderful in both food and service.

Fantastic location. Apartments are modern. Staff are helpful. I'm surprised we were able to get such a nice hotel in this location for such a reasonable price.

We hired your room last weekend as part of a gift for a friend turning 30. My husband and i checked in early (11.30am on the Saturday) and then went out to an event, i left the names of my friends -at the front desk so that they were aware, these ladies will be coming at around 6pm to put their bags in the room.

To my complete shock, Jaynaya and Winnie were treated very rudely and were told their names were not written anywhere (I had personally written the names down for the person at the counter) and worse still, that did not bother to check that my name on the room.

They could not put their bags in the room and felt so disrespected by your staff that they did not stay the night there nor enjoy the breakfast we had arranged as part of the present.

I am so disappointed - I really thought this was somewhere that would be a wonderful place to stay and a lovely gift for my friend. What a shocking mistake.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around

The room was great, bed comfortable, and it was nice to have a stove during my stay. The neighbouring building was a hostel that was a bit noisy at night, and the wind was whistling through the corridor outside my room. The sauna was good, but the lap pool was kept at 31 degrees which was too warm to swim laps. Overall a good place to stay.
