Criminally bad food, twice and never again. If it was 10 - 15 bucks I'd suck it up and figure at least I ate. But $30 plus to be served the driest, toughest most flavourless 2 meals of my life, I can't help but be pissed off enough to write a bad review. No issues with the staff or the place otherwise, but food that bad is a deal breaker and needs to be sorted out.

We had lunch at the bistro the meals were very delicious. It was super busy but we were lucky as soon as we put our orders in there was a huge group of people lining up to order. Our meals came out very quick we ordered pork ribs with wedges and salad and chicken schnitzel ,avocardo,cheese bacon and hollandaise sauce with chips and salad.
My chicken dish was super delicious it was like a premium chicken parma.
The wedges with ribs were so good it was super crunchy (beer batter wedges ) and we could just help our selves to the sauces and sourcream .
Over all we had a very good experience.We will definately be back.response / report this review -

It's a straight up, family oriented hotel. Order your meals at the bar, pick up your meals at the bar. Staff are friendly when they're clearing your table. They're a little less patient at the bar. They're happy to see you leave. Must be annoying for them to pour you the very thing that's keeping them in a job. Go for the Umm Go for the roof over your head.

I ate @ the bistro. The Wellington was supposed to come with broccolini which it didn't. The beef was over cooked. Not sure a small piece of beef and some chips represent good value @$26? The was a small plain side salad

Bloody terrible. Too crowded and they all hog the poker machines. The place smells and is overpriced on food and drink. Would be nice if the machines paid out once in a while too.

Do not book. We booked because it looked like a nice stop over but when we got there. Doors slamming, can hear the next rooms conversation and the hotel looks nothing like the booking pictures.
